Can therapy treatments be performed within the patient’s home?
Yes, in addition to utilizing our outpatient clinics, physical therapy appointments can be conducted within the privacy of your own home.
How do I know if I’m a candidate for physical therapy treatments?
Anyone who is chronically suffering from pain in their muscles or joints due to accidents, falls or vitamin deficiencies, is a prime candidate for physical therapy treatment.
Who would be coming to my home to perform these treatments?
Our staff is made up of qualified and licensed physical therapists, and physical therapist assistants, who are registered through the State of Illinois Department of Public Health.
Will clients be responsible for purchasing equipment necessary for their physical therapy treatments?
No. All necessary equipment needed for your treatments will be covered by Medicare, or provided for by your therapist.
What hours are physical therapy appointments available?
Physical therapy appointments are made to accommodate the client’s schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Do you employ therapists that speak languages other than English?
Yes, many of our therapists are multi-lingual and can communicate in several different languages.
What is the time duration of a physical therapy treatment?
Though treatment times vary from patient to patient, most procedures take approximately 1 hour.

Yes. MaxHealth Rehab & Wellness, Inc. services the greater Chicagoland area, suburbs, and all surrounding counties.
